■ Non-administrator authority after 0b154 and lite version
From 0b154 onwards, we changed all programs so that they can be launched with non-administrator authority, and exited the Lite version instead.
All programs are non-administrator authority, as much as possible within authority. All functions can be used with administrator privileges.
When moving with non-administrator privileges, you can cancel UAC or skip admin privilege check UAC by adding "not_admin" as an argument of startup shortcut.
If the setting file can not be exported by executing non-administrator privilege for reasons such as under Program Files etc., it ends as an error.
■ Points to note about using thilmera in an environment with no network connection at all
If you want to use thilmera in an environment that is not connected to the network at all, it may not be possible to determine whether the body is legitimate or not due to the fact that the revocation check of the certificate has not been taken.
